Builders / Rough Clean
(During or just after major construction work)

This is the first stage of the post-construction cleaning process. It takes place while building work is still ongoing or immediately after it finishes.
What it includes:

Second / Pre-Sparkle Clean
(After trades are mostly finished, before handover)

This stage happens once the majority of construction work is complete and fixtures are installed. It prepares the property for the final detailing stage.

Detailed dust removal from skirting boards, sockets, and fittings

Sparkle Clean (Final Clean)
(Right before client handover / move-in)

The sparkle clean is the final, detailed clean before the property is handed over to the client or new occupants. It focuses on presentation and perfection.
What it includes:

Polishing glass, mirrors, and chrome fixtures

Final vacuum and mop of all floors

Spot cleaning walls and doors

Ensuring kitchens and bathrooms are showroom-ready

Final inspection touch-ups
